Husband Tries Sexually Assault Wifes Friend Faces Very Painful Consequences

A man in suburban Ohio learned the hard way that forcing himself on his wife’s friend would bring immediate and severe payback. According to police reports filed on January 13, the 34-year-old husband returned home after a night out and found his wife’s longtime friend asleep on the couch. With his wife still at work, he allegedly climbed on top of the woman and tried to remove her clothing.

The friend woke up fighting. She landed several hard kicks and punches before neighbors heard the commotion and called 911. Officers arrived to find the husband curled on the floor, clutching himself and complaining of intense pain. The woman had no serious injuries but told responders the man had pinned her down and ignored her repeated demands to stop.

The wife arrived home minutes later and reportedly refused to speak with her husband as he was loaded into an ambulance. She later confirmed to detectives that she and the friend had been close since high school and that her husband had never shown any prior interest in the visitor. Police booked the man on charges of attempted sexual assault after he was treated at a local hospital for what one officer described as “pretty obvious trauma below the belt.”

Court records show the husband was released on bond the next morning with orders to stay away from both women. The case is scheduled for a preliminary hearing later this month. Neighbors interviewed outside the home expressed surprise at the turn of events, noting the couple had seemed ordinary until that night.
