Mid-century era apartments were purchased in 2016 by the city and sold to a private developer to be turned into a $50 million new mixed-use development called Norton Crossing.
2018Economy
The Wasserstrom Company relocated to Whitehall in 2018.
2019Architecture
In 2019, 41 new businesses opened, as well as Whitehall Community Park YMCA.

The first residents moved into the development in July 2020.
